Dr. Wallace Hall is the Founder and President of iSALT, LLC and an accomplished leadership strategist, executive coach, transformational speaker, author, and organizational development consultant. With more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the financial services industry, including service as a former Executive Vice President, Dr. Hall has built a distinguished career developing high-performing leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and helping individuals and teams achieve sustainable growth through collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, and strategic leadership.

Veronica is a highly accomplished communications professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, including trainer, supervisor, senior analyst, and engineer, within one of the largest communications companies.
